Join Chef Frank Giglio (http://www.cheffrankgiglio.com/) in the MOFGA kitchen to learn about Maine seasonal cooking.  We'll learn about some dishes to enjoy our early spring produce. The menu includes: 

dandelion fritters
spring green soup
ricotta cheese
ricotta-herb raviolis and
gluten free oat cake with violets 

Taste some delicious food, learn something new, and have some fun in the kitchen!

$35 for the general public and $25 for MOFGA members
